A Victor woman was arrested Friday following the investigation into a car that was reported stolen from Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
Patricia Henry is accused of failing to return the rented vehicle to Enterprise by the contractually agreed-upon date.
Following her arrest for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, Henry was issued an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
