Victor Man Arrested on Two Warrants

A Victor man was arrested Wednesday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on two outstanding bench warrants.

A warrant issued out of Canandaigua City Court alleged Larry Vanwinkle for violating probation. The second warrant was issued out of Ontario County Court after Vanwinkle allegedly failed to appear in court on criminal contempt charges.

Vanwinkle was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
