A Victor man is facing burglary charges in Ontario County.
27-year-old Nicholas Montemorano is accused of entering the garage at a home on Duck Hollow in the town of Victor and once inside attempted to enter the door to the interior of the residence by physical force. Authorities say Montemorano did this with the intent to commit the crime of petit larceny.
Montemorano was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
