A Varick man has been arrested on menacing and harassment charges.
24-year-old Damien Hennigan is accused of threatening to physically hurt his neighbors while in the presence of Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies.
Hennigan was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP Court.
