A Union Springs man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police early Sunday morning following a traffic stop on State Street.
Kenneth Fisher was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop, it was determined Fisher was driving his car while intoxicated. Fisher was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with 0.18% or more BAC, speeding, and open container of an alcoholic beverage.
Fisher was processed and released on an appearance ticket scheduling him to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
