A Tyre man has been arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Warrant on a bench warrant.
31-year-old Timothy Skinner was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Skinner was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
