A 40-year-old Tyre man was taken into custody and faces multiple charges following the investigation into a reported physical domestic that happened on January 27th.
Michael Vanderlyke with criminal mischief, harassment, and two counts of criminal contempt. The victim suffered minor cuts to her feet as a result of the incident.
Vanderlyke was brought to Seneca County Jail where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
