A larceny complaint in Farmington led to the arrest of two Clifton Springs residents.
49-year-old James Steiner, of Clifton Springs, is accused of stealing two bottles of alcohol at Bombace Wine and Spirits. He was charged with petit larceny, while 32-year-old Alyssa Rondon was charged with conspiracy for her role in the same incident.
Both were released on appearance tickets.
