The investigation into an assault that happened earlier this month at a business in the town of Tyre has led to the arrest of two men.
21-year-old Cody Shannon, of Waterloo, is accused of striking another person in the face multiple times, which resulted in broken bones and wounds that required stitches. 22-year-old Malik Perry, of Seneca Falls, is accused of striking the same victim in the face, resulting in that person going unconscious.
Shannon and Perry were each charged with assault and released to appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
