The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrests of two Monroe County residents following the report of a shoplifting at Von Maur at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
During the investigation, it was determined that 19-year-old Danuil Hanna, of Pittsford, and 19-year-old Joseph Franchuk, of Fairport, allegedly concealed merchandise within a shopping bag and passed all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment.
Hanna and Franchuk were charged with petit larceny and were released on appearance tickets for Victor Town Court.
