Trumansburg Woman Accused of DWI Following Traffic Stop

A Trumansburg woman was arrested Wednesday by the Seneca Falls Police Department following a traffic stop.

It is alleged that Laura Dellert was driving while under the influence of drugs. Dellert was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Dellert was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
