Trumansburg Man Arrested as Fugitive From Justice

The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trumansburg man as a Fugitive from Justice.

26-year-old Franklin Zanker was wanted out of the State of Rhode Island. The Sheriff’s Department did not disclose what charge or charges Zanker was wanted on.

Following his arraignment, Zanker was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and was sent to Schuyler County Jail to await extradition.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
