State Police in Auburn have arrested a Cayuga County man on felony charges of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possession of a sexual performance by a child.
The arrest of Michael Katzenstein is the result of a several-month investigation after a cyber tip was received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The 54-year-old Aurora man was released on an appearance ticket
