Traffic Stop Results in Felony Drug Charge for Steuben County Man

A Steuben County man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in the village of Bath.

Scott Spicer, of Addison, was pulled over for a minor traffic violation on October 11th. According to Bath Police, during the traffic stop investigation and with the assistance from K9 Bud, a felony amount of methamphetamine was found on Scott.

Spicer was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and was taken to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
