A Seneca County woman will appear in court next week after being arrested on a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

The arrest of Katherine Hinkle stems from a traffic stop where it is alleged she was observed driving a car without a New York State inspection certificate displayed. Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a traffic stop and eventually charged the Junius woman with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle due to several prior traffic summons not being answered.

Hinkle will appear in court on December 19th
