A New Jersey man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at Watkins Glen State Park.
31-year-old You E. Kim was charged after being pulled over for multiple vehicle and traffic law infractions.
Kim was brought to Schuyler County Jail following his arrest to await arraignment.
