Three Tompkins County men have been charged with felony kidnapping for an incident that happened in Chemung County back in February.
41-year-old David Maycumber, 37-year-old Joseph Howell, and 46-year-old Michael Inman, all of Newfield, are accused of displaying a firearm while stealing several firearms from a victim. State Police say the victim was then forcibly removed to another location while being threatened with a firearm.
The three men were also each charged with felony robbery and sent to Chemung County Jail following their arraignment.
