Three residents of Odessa are facing charges following a traffic stop on County Road 14 in the town of Catharine.
29-year-old Derric Ebel was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, while 32-year-old Michelle Davis and 61-year-old Ricky Davis were both charged with facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
All three were released on tickets to appear in Catharine Town Court.
