A 24-year-old Syracuse woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a theft complaint.
When deputies arrived at the Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall, they found Diamond Herndon with stolen merchandise from a store in her car. She was arrested without incident and charged with petit larceny.
Herndon was released on an appearance ticket for Junius Town Court.
