Two Syracuse residents were arrested Sunday at the Waterloo Outlet Mall.
State Police report responding to the mall for the report of a larceny.
23-year old Nusky James and 28-year old Shacarey James were arrested and each charged with Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, and Conspiracy.
They were issued appearance tickets for June 20th at Junius Town Court.
