The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 35-year-old Syracuse man following a larceny investigation at the Country Boy Hardware store in the village of Cato
It is alleged that 35-year-old Eric Anderson stole two 18v Milwaukee batteries valued at $498d. On February 8th, Anderson turned himself in at the Public Safety Building where he was charged with petit larceny.
Anderson was then brought to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment due to having multiple open petit larceny cases. After posting bail, Anderson was released on appearance tickets.
