The report of a suspicious vehicle parked roadside on County Road 33 in Ontario County Saturday night resulted in the arrest of a 55-year-old Honeoye man.
Once deputies arrived at the town of Bristol location they found the driver of the white Ram 1500 pickup, Eric Hicks, to be asleep in the front seat. An investigation determined Hicks had driven his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
Hicks was subsequently charged with drunken driving and was released on an appearance ticket for Bristol Town Court.
