An Auburn woman is facing charges in Seneca Falls after police were called to investigate a suspicious driver who reportedly showed odd behavior and driving erratically leaving the Hampton Inn.

Police located the described car and conducted a traffic stop after observing several violations.

Lisa Sergi was charged with driving while ability impaired, obstructing governmental administration, unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, failure to stop at a steady right light, failure to keep right, and speeding.

Sergi will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
