A suspicious condition at the Manchester Mart in the village of Manchester Monday evening resulted in the arrest of a 27-year-old Massachusetts man.
Tyler Hemingway was charged with DWI by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Hemingway was transported to Ontario County Jail for processing.
