Steuben County Woman Arrested on Misuse of Food Stamps Charge

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Hornell woman following a joint investigation involving the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office and the Department of Social Services.

It is alleged that between February and March, Natasha Judkins knowingly stole services from the county’s DSS in the amount of $349.08. She was charged with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.

Judkins was released on an appearance ticket for the village of Bath Court.
