A Steuben County man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on an active arrest warrant issued out of Jerusalem Town Court.
State Police located 41-year-old Jesse Garlick in Cohocton and transferred his custody to the Yates County Sheriff’s Department.
Garlick was then brought to the Yates County Jail to await centralized arraignment. Police say the arrest stems from an incident that occurred last October.
