A Steuben County man has been charged with felony assault after allegedly striking someone with his car.
Nicholas Green of Hornell is accused of kicking a passenger out of his car on Longwell Lane in the town of Urbana. Police say as Green drove away, his car struck his former passenger resulting in the victim suffering undisclosed injuries. Green was located a short time later in Canisteo and was taken into custody.
The 28-year-old has also been charged with reckless endangerment and was released following arraignment.
