State Police arrested a Wayne County man following a larceny complaint at a local supermarket.
Wayde Holmes was subsequently arrested for the alleged crime at the Tops Market in Ontario and charged with petit larceny.
Holmes was released on an appearance ticket for Ontario Town Court.
