A Canandaigua man was charged with driving while intoxicated after State Police say he was driving south in the northbound lane of Interstate 390 in Steuben County.
Troopers located the car near Exit 3 in Wayland and arrested Gilbert Tyrone for drunken driving, reckless driving and multiple traffic violations.
The 56-year-old was processed at the State Police barracks in Bath and brought to Steuben County Jail to await arraignment.
