A Stanley man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop on Friday.
Timothy Gray was observed driving a vehicle in the village with a suspended registration for no insurance in effect through a DMV check.
Gray was subsequently cited for the offenses and released on traffic tickets to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
