A Horseheads man was arrested for an alleged violation of his probation in Schuyler County.
The warrant was issued for William Coats by Schuyler County Court and the Watkins Glen Police Department assisted the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office with his arrest.
Following his arraignment, Coats was sent to Schuyler County Jail without bail.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
