A Southern Tier man has been arrested for allegedly stealing 20-THOUSAND dollars in silver.
In addition to felony grand larceny, Jason Frycek, of Big Flats, was also charged by State Police with felony criminal possession of a weapon. The 43-year-old was allegedly found to be in possession of a loaded assault rifle while in his car.
Frycek was jailed in Chemung County.
