The investigation into a sick or intoxicated driver on Brace Road in the town of Victor resulted in the arrest of a Lancaster, South Carolina man.
It was determined David Yarborough the Third had been driving while in an intoxicated state. During the investigation, it was also determined that Yarborough had possessed a loaded handgun in his car and didn’t have a New York State pistol permit.
Yarborough was charged with drunken driving and criminal possession of a weapon and will appear in Victor Town Court
