A Sodus man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop Thursday morning in the Yates County village.
Timothy Valentine was observed driving on Lake Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license and registration. A traffic stop was initiated and he was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration.
Valentine will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
