A Sodus man was arrested Wednesday night on a criminal contempt charge following an investigation into a trespass incident in Sodus.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, the charge against Austin Shulenburg stems from a domestic incident where the 29-year-old allegedly violated an active Stay Away Order of Protection. Shulenburg was allegedly found at a location in the presence of the protected party, thereby breaching the order.
Following his arrest, Shulenburg was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
