A Sodus man has been arrested on a charge of criminal mischief following the investigation into an incident that occurred back in October.
26-year-old James Wright, Junior, is accused of causing damage to the windshield of a car he was a passenger in by punching it.
Wright was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
