A Sodus man is facing a drug charge following a traffic stop in the Village of Wolcott.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 34-year-old Dylan Trine after an investigation tied to a stop back on November 26th. Authorities say Trine was found in possession of 82 milligrams of cocaine.

He’s been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Trine was processed and released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Wolcott Village Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
