Sodus Couple Arrested Following Domestic Dispute

The Wayne County Office of The Sheriff reports the arrest of a Sodus man and woman after an investigation into a domestic dispute.

Deputies arrested Daniel Dockery, age 33, and Eboni Zanders, age 26, of Maple Ave in the Village of Sodus after it is alleged that a physical domestic occurred in front of their daughter age 1, and son, 2 months old. During the course of the investigation it is alleged that both Zanders and Dockery got into a verbal argument that led into a physical altercation. It is alleged that Zanders threw an electric heater in the direction of her one year old daughter and Dockery proceeded to shove Zanders into a wooden stand, all in front of their children.

Mr. Dockery was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the second degree for shoving Ms. Zanders.  Ms. Zanders was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child for her alleged involvement in the domestic disturbance.  Both were transported to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment on January 29th, 2023 at 7:00 pm to answer to their charges.
