Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say a Shortsville man has been arrested following an investigation into an incident that occurred in November 2024.
20-year-old Andrew Flock was taken into custody Friday morning around 7:58 a.m. He is charged with promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child.
Flock was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
