An Ontario County man has been arrested as a fugitive from justice out of Tennessee.
42-year-old Kristoffer Frisbee of Shortsville was arrested Tuesday on a warrant out of Blount County, Tennessee for failure to appear on a felony theft of property charge.
Frisbee sits in the Ontario County Jail to await extradition to Tennessee.
