A Scipio woman was arrested after allegedly taking a vehicle without permission during a domestic incident.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Officer, 30-year-old Andrea O’Connell took a male victim’s vehicle without his consent just before 7:00a on September 21.
O’Connell was charged with a misdemeanor count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was arraigned at 7:00p.
