The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 33-year-old Shelby Kleisle of Marion following a traffic stop on North Main Street Thursday afternoon.
Deputies say Kleisle was found to be impaired by alcohol and later recorded a blood alcohol content of .25%.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI and will appear in Marion Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
