A Sennett teen has been charged with criminal mischief after allegedly damaging a car windshield on Thursday during a domestic incident.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, the vehicle was traveling on Franklin Street Road in the town near the Auburn City line when the passenger, 18-year-old Ava Brier, kicked the windshield, causing damage.
Following her arrest, Brier was taken to the Public Safety Building for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
