Seneca Man Charged Following Personal Injury Crash

On Tuesday, a 30-year-old man was arrested following a personal injury crash investigation on Number Nine Road in the Town of Seneca.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies took Juan Carlos Santiago Marquez into custody after investigating a single-vehicle head-on collision with a utility pole. Investigators determined that Santiago Marquez had allegedly been operating his motor vehicle on a public highway while intoxicated by alcohol.

Santiago Marquez was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and issued Uniform Traffic Tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Court at a later date to answer the charges.
