A Seneca Falls woman is facing charges after an investigation into a report made to Child Protective Services.

Police say 28-year-old Jordaen Baglio was arrested Sunday afternoon following an investigation that determined she had falsely reported an incident to CPS. The investigation also found that Baglio had harassed a victim.  Baglio was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident and second-degree aggravated harassment, both misdemeanors.

She was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment, and police requested an order of protection for the victim.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
