A 26-year-old Seneca Falls woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Waterloo Village Court.
Nicole Fuller is accused of failing to appear on original charges of filing a false instrument and misuse of food stamps.
Fuller was turned over to Corrections to await arraignment at CAP Court.
