A Seneca Falls woman was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon on an outstanding warrant.
Police say 41-year-old Amanda Johnston-Porter was arrested on Tuesday for a Violation of Probation.
Following her arrest, Johnston-Porter was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
