The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested a local woman on an outstanding warrant.
Police say Allisha Higbee, of Seneca Falls, was taken into custody on October 23 on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
Higbee was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she is awaiting arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
