An investigation into a disturbance that occurred in Wayne County this morning resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls woman.
It is alleged that Kassandra Rittenhouse broke several windows in an RV trailer during a verbal altercation in Sodus. The 34-year-old was charged with criminal mischief.
Rittenhouse was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Sodus Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
