On Sunday, October 1st, 2023, at 11:31 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth M. Bourne, age 31, of Seneca Falls, New York. The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the dispute, Bourne subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact by running and striking the victim. Bourne was charged with one count of harassment in the second degree, a violation. Bourne was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim. She will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
